Orders and Returns
Most items can be returned for a refund up to 30 days after the item has been shipped.  Shipping costs must be paid by the customer.  In order to receive a full refund, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please email to get return authorization and approval.  Please take special care to ship the item carefully so it is not damaged while in transit. If an item is used or damaged we can only offer a 50% refund.  We cannot accept COD returns. 

Once you receive an return authorization, please send returned items to the address below. Your money will be refunded within 14 business days after we receive the package.

Payment Options
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.  We also accept ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo.  We also accept payments via You can simply proceed to checkout where you will be given the option to pay with PayPal.

We can accept mail orders, but only those paid by money order.  We are unfortunately not able to accept personal checks.  If you would like to pay for an order by money order, please calculate your total order amount, including shipping fees and local state sales tax, and send it to:

Please be sure to include a note with your name, shipping address, daytime telephone number, and the items you wish to order. Once we receive your order, please allow a few days for us to process it for shipment.

Order Fulfillment
Your credit card will not be charged until we process and ship your order.  If you select PayPal as your payment option, please note that the funds are transferred instantly at the time of your order.

Domestic Orders
  • We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  Typically domestic orders are shipped the same day providing it has been received before 4pm EST.  We cannot guarantee your order will be shipped out within 24 hrs, but we try our best to see that it does. 
International Orders
  • Due to the complexities of international shipping, we can only process and ship international orders every week.  We thank you for your patience and understanding.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed with us, you'll receive two emails: the first will be your order receipt.  Then once we ship your order, we'll send you a second email containing your package's tracking number if available.
