Are your fragrances cruelty-free? Vegan? Clea? Yes, every single one of our products is 100% cruelty-free and never tested on any animals ever for any reason.
Our certified vegan fragrances include: Bloodflower, Digitalis, Wolfsbane, Ierofante.
Our certified clean fragrance is: Wolfsbane.
Are your products safe? All of our products are strictly IFRA-compliant and adhere to the latest safety and environmental regulations of the International Fragrance Research Association (https://ifrafragrance.org/).

Additonally, all of our fragrances are paraben and phthalate-free and all of our fragrant oils are sourced from the leading suppliers in the world including Symrise, Givaudan, and Delbia Do and IFF.
How can I change the shipping address on an order? Once an order is placed, you must email us at sales@six-scents.com to change it, and as long as it hasn't shipped out yet, we should be able to accomodate you.
How can I change or cancel an order? Once an order is placed, you must email us immediately at sales@six-scents.com to cancel it.
What is the shipping policy? And how long does it take to receive my order once it's placed? We process and ship all orders a minimum of 3 times per week with the exception of PRIORITY EXPRESS packages which are dispatched on the same business day, provided the order is placed before 4pm Eastern Standard (New York) time. So if it doesn't go out on the business day it was ordered, it will be shipped the following business day.

Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Most orders are shipped USPS (the US Postal Service) Ground and typically take 1-5 business days to arrive for orders in the USA and 5 to 21 business days for international orders.

Canadian orders typically take 1 to 2 weeks via International Economy.
Do you ship internationally? Yes but not to every country.
We do NOT ship to the EU, nor Russia, nor the Middle East. Please contact us for a stockist near you or see our list of official stockists here.
Can I get free samples? At this time we do not give away free samples. We sell reimbursable discovery sets and individual 2mL discovery vials of all our current fragrances.

All purchases of full-size 30mL or 50mL bottles receive free discovery vials to be included at our sole discretion.
Return Policy All fragrance sales including full size bottles, individual vials, or discovery sets (sample sets) are FINAL. We cannot accept returns on any fragrance products for hygienic reasons. If your purchase has arrived damaged or broken, please email us at sales@six-scents.com.
Payment Options We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SHOP Pay.
At this time we do not accept Paypal.
Order Confirmation Once your order is placed with us, you'll receive two emails: the first will be your order receipt. Then once we ship your order, we'll send you a second email containing your package's tracking number if available.
Reimbursable Discovery Set Unique Promotional Codes If you purchased any one of our fully refundable discovery sets from either PARFUMS QUARTANA or SIX SCENTS PARFUMS, you are entitled to a unique promotional code equal to the purchase price of the discovery set (either $50, $19, or $18), redeemable within a month (2 months for non-USA) of purchase date towards a 50mL full size bottle of your choice of that perfume house, exclusively at www.six-scents.com. The unique promotional code is EMAILED to the email address we have on file. In the event we do not have your email, you can find your code in your order as a stamped, physical paper card.
