CUSTOMER CARE / FAQ

ARE YOUR FRAGRANCES CRUELTY-FREE?  VEGAN? CLEAN?

Yes, every single one of our products is 100% cruelty-free and never tested on any animals ever for any reason.


Our CERTIFIED VEGAN fragrances include: Bloodflower, Digitalis, Wolfsbane, Ierofante.


Our CLEAN-AT-SEPHORA compliant fragrances are: Venetian Belladonna, Lily of the Valley, Poppy Soma, and Wolfsbane and beginning in late 2025, Forest of the Golden Dream.



ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE?

All of our products are strictly IFRA-compliant and adhere to the latest safety and environmental regulations of the International Fragrance Research Association (https://ifrafragrance.org/).


Additonally, all of our fragrances are paraben and phthalate-free.


Our fragrant oils are sourced from the leading essential oil and aroma-molecule suppliers in the world including Symrise, Atelier Fragranze, and LMR Naturals.



HOW CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON AN ORDER?

Once an order is placed, you must email us at sales@six-scents.com to change it, and as long as it hasn't shipped out yet, we should be able to accomodate you.



HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

Once an order is placed, you must email us immediately at sales@six-scents.com to cancel it.



WHAT IS THE SHIPPING POLICY?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER ONCE IT'S PLACED?

We process and ship all orders three (3) times per week with the exception of PRIORITY EXPRESS packages which are dispatched on the same business day, provided the order is placed before 4pm Eastern Standard (New York) time. If it doesn't dispatch on the business day it was ordered, it will be shipped within two (2) business days.


Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.


Please allow 24 hours for tracking to show progress.


Orders are shipped USPS (the US Postal Service) Ground and typically take 1-5 business days to arrive for orders in the USA and 5 to 21 business days for international orders.


Canadian orders typically take 1 to 2 weeks via International Economy.



DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

UK: We can ship 50mL bottles to you via PRIORITY EXPRESS only. Please select it as a shipping option when you check-out.


Canada: We can ship 50mL bottles and discovery sets to you.


EU: We don't currently ship to the EU.

CAN I GET FREE SAMPLES?

Only members of our VIP inner circle CLUB QUARTANA can request complimentary samples.


We sell reimbursable fragrance discovery sets as well as alacarte 2mL discovery vials of all our current fragrances.


All purchases of full-size 50mL bottles receive complimentary discovery vials curated by us as well as admission to our VIP inner circle, CLUB QUARTANA.



PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SHOP Pay. 


We do not accept Paypal, money orders or personal checks.



ORDER CONFIRMATION

After placing an order, you'll receive two emails:

1. Your order receipt.

2. Upon shipment, tracking info.



REIMBURSABLE DISCOVERY SET UNIQUE PROMOTIONAL CODES

If you purchased any one of our fully refundable discovery sets, you are entitled to a unique promotional code of either $60, $50, or $30, applicable towards a 50mL full size bottle of your choice, and valid within a month of purchase date.


PLEASE NOTE your unique promotional code is EMAILED to the address that we have on file.

RETURN POLICY

All fragrance sales including full size bottles, individual vials, or discovery sets (sample sets) are FINAL.



LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGE POLICY

Six Scents Parfums, Inc. dba PARFUMS QUARTANA is not responsible for any lost, stolen or packages damaged in transit. The respective fulfillment third-parties, such as USPS.com, must be contacted for further resolution.


If your order has been shipped by us, but has been lost or stolen while in transit to you, please follow the instructions below to conduct a search with USPS to retrieve your goods or to file a claim to obtain a refund:



HOW TO START A MISSING MAIL SEARCH

Missing Mail Searches can be initiated seven days after the items have been sent. To start the search, you will need both the senders and receivers mailing address. USPS will also need the size and type of envelope or box used to ship, mailing date and tracking number. Please find this information in your shipping confirmation.



HOW TO FILE A USPS CLAIM

If the item was insured and the USPS staff damaged the item while in their possession, a claim will reimburse you for the loss. USPS will process your claim, and if they decide it’s appropriate, refund both the value of your package and the shipping. Please note this process could take up to a month.
