Are your products safe? All of our products are strictly IFRA-compliant and adhere to the latest safety and environmental regulations of the International Fragrance Research Association (https://ifrafragrance.org/).
Additonally, all of our fragrances are paraben and phthalate-free and all of our fragrant oils are sourced from the leading essential oil and aroma-molecule suppliers in the world including Symrise, Givaudan, and IFF.
How can I change the shipping address on an order? Once an order is placed, you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to change it, and as long as it hasn't shipped out yet, we should be able to accomodate you.
How can I change or cancel an order? Once an order is placed, you must email us immediately at email@example.com to cancel it.
What is the shipping policy? And how long does it take to receive my order once it's placed? We process and ship all orders three (3) times per week with the exception of PRIORITY EXPRESS packages which are dispatched on the same business day, provided the order is placed before 4pm Eastern Standard (New York) time. If it doesn't dispatch on the business day it was ordered, it will be shipped within two (2) business days.
Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24 hours for tracking to show progress.
Orders are shipped USPS (the US Postal Service) Ground and typically take 1-5 business days to arrive for orders in the USA and 5 to 21 business days for international orders.
All 50ml bottle orders require a signature; no exceptions.
Canadian orders typically take 1 to 2 weeks via International Economy.
Do you ship internationally? Only Canada. Please contact us for a stockist near you or see our list of official stockists here.
Can I get free samples? At this time we do not give away free samples. We sell reimbursable discovery sets and individual 2mL discovery vials of all our current fragrances.
All purchases of full-size 30mL or 50mL bottles receive free discovery vials to be included at our sole discretion.
Payment Options We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SHOP Pay.
We do not accept Paypal, money orders or personal checks.
Order Confirmation Once your order is placed with us, you'll receive two emails: the first will be your order receipt. Then once we ship your order, we'll send you a second email containing your package's tracking number if available.

Return Policy All fragrance sales including full size bottles, individual vials, or discovery sets (sample sets) are FINAL. We cannot accept returns on any fragrance products for hygienic reasons. If your purchase has arrived damaged or broken, please email us at email@example.com.
Stolen or Missing Package Policy
SIX SCENTS PARFUMS, INC. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. The respective fulfillment third-parties, such as USPS.com, must be contacted for further resolution.
if your order has been shipped by us, but has been lost or stolen while in transit to you, please follow the instructions below to conduct a search with USPS to retrieve your goods or to file a claim to obtain a refund.
• How To Start A Missing Mail Search Missing Mail Searches can be initiated seven days after the items have been sent. To start the search, you will need both the senders and receivers mailing address. USPS will also need the size and type of envelope or box used to ship, mailing date and tracking number. CLICK HERE.
• How To File A Usps Claim If the item was insured and the USPS staff damaged the item while in their possession, a claim will reimburse you for the loss. USPS will process your claim, and if they decide it’s appropriate, refund both the value of your package and the shipping. This process could take up to a month.
